Happy New Year everyone! First Post of the New Year! Thank you guys for following and supporting this blog and helping me spread the word about how fabulously chic us Asians can be ;) And on that note I share with you this post on some questionable fashion choices made by Hong Kong's top musicians. You'll see what I mean...
Twins' Charlene and Gillian: While Charlene's dress fits her style and shape (and I am lusting over her Jeffrey Campbell shoes, which are currently soldout everywhere! -_-) I'm not a huge fan of the matching colored tights. I am however loving the look and color of Gillian's wide legged coral colored jumper, makes her short stubby legs look supermodel long
Christine Ng is such a diva, at 42 she still acts and dresses like she's 24!
Ella Koon (who's been youtubing lately) opted for a black shoulder cutout dress Ivana Wong has got wayyy too much volume going on in her and dress, just pick one thing to volumize and stick with it! PROPORTION, PROPORTION, PROPORTION!
Jade Kwan's knitted black dress was not my fave but at least it was interesting..
Joey Yung won top honors at the award show while wearing this intricate floral embellished dress
An emotional Joyce Cheng accepts her award in a simple black and white ensemble and topped it off with an embellished fishnet topper
Karene Mak [left] tulle bottom dress gave her thin frame some much need volume
Mag Lam's lily pad dress was kind of unimpressive, there's too much going on
There comes a time age when you just can't pull off leather mini skirts anymore. And for Sally Yeh that time arrived, now ages ago.
Hotcha, more like Trashcha, I used to think these girls were cool, what happened? I really hope they didn't pay someone to dress them like that
Are mini fishnet hats the latest trend in Asia?
I like to give major props to the HK celebs for being so daring with their fashion (well, more daring than Korean celebs anyways) There's always a bunch of different colors and textures, even if their coordination is a little off. I feel such an urge to restyle them sometimes...
